Join Colynn and Dana in Costa Rica for an adventure that offers growth and renewal. Just imagine yourself on a platform with the jungle as your backdrop, the sound and smell of the ocean close by, and a humid breeze on your skin, allowing you to connect to your surroundings and offering you a chance to connect to yourself. This getaway boasts a chance to share in an experience that can give you the rest and relaxation that allows renewal within your body and offers you tools for personal growth. All activities are offered, but in no way expected for you to attend, allowing you the comfort to set your own pace and participate in offerings that will make the experience amazing for you.

Retreat Details:

Arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica’s capital on Nov.19 and take the day to tour the city, zipline, white water raft, visit the butterfly gardens or even just take the day to relax. Nov. 20 brings breakfast and the shuttle to the retreat center.

We arrive at the retreat center and after lunch, you are free to settle in, explore the grounds or swim in the ocean. This vacation is about you.

The retreat takes place at Samasati Retreat and Rainforest Sanctuary and boasts as 1 of the top 5 Costa Rican Retreat Centers located on 1 of the top 10 beaches in Costa Rica, set on 250 acres of Rainforest Sanctuary. The retreat center is located in Limon, on the Caribbean side of the country, less than 20 mins from the town of Puerto Viejo.

Cuisine is sourced locally and prepared by chefs from farm to table. There are also several excursions and adventures offered within the area, from hiking to ziplining and so much more.

This retreat, for $1600, offers 7 nights of accommodation (includes first night stay in hotel in San Jose); 7 breakfasts, 6 lunches and 6 suppers; 2 optional meditations per day; 2 yoga classes per day (AM Rise & Shine and PM Restorative); 4 optional afternoon workshops; and a shuttle to hotel and to and from Samasati. Flight is not included.
